Flyer Design Brief

I am looking for flyers for my sports club specializing in coaching aquatic swimming activities.

We offer different activities for all audiences (children and adults) under different services such as swimming lessons, aquafitness, aquaphobia, pre-natal. Lessons are given at the BRIGNOLES swimming pool AND AT THE CLIENT'S HOME.
We also organize events such as birthdays, receptions which take place around a swimming pool by ensuring surveillance and animation.
And finally we also offer activities at sea for hiking and the services mentioned above.

RECREATION AND COMPETITION TRAINING PROGRAMS

PREPARATION FOR SWIMMING TESTS (BAC, BNSSA, BPJEPS-AAN)

SWIMMING CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMAS (PATENT, KNOWLEDGE OF SWIMMING, ANTI-PANIC TEST, ...)

AQUAPHOBIA: Swimming lessons for people who are afraid, a fear of the aquatic environment which is often due to the fact that they have never learned to swim or that they have suffered a psychological shock in the aquatic environment (accidental fall in water,...).
This activity allows you to discover or rediscover the aquatic environment, through exercises that will allow you to develop your confidence, your well-being in the water. You will learn to descend into the water, immerse yourself, balance yourself and move around independently.

PRE-NATAL: This activity is intended for pregnant women which allows them to feel light and free to move in the water, to reduce pain in the back, legs and belly.
This session is composed of a global warming of the body, followed by breathing exercises, muscular work done on the spot then by swimming in water. Light abdominal work and we finish with stretching and relaxation exercises.

-2 / AQUA ELITE "FITNESS": AQUAFITNESS COURSE WITH SEVERAL THEMES THAT ALLOW YOU TO WORK DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE BODY, WITH WATER RESISTANCE. MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT, CARDIO WORK, COORDINATION. THESE COURSES LAST BETWEEN 45 MINUTES AND 1 HOUR. ALL IN MUSIC !!!

DIFFICULTY LEVEL 1:

-ELITE STRECHING: Course based on relaxation, stretching, flexibility, working in amplitude. Ideal for resumption of sport or beginners.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL 2:

-ELITE FITNESS: Course focused on a general body work grouping together all the muscle groups. CARDIO / MUSCU

-ELITE RUNNING: Course focused on work of displacement in small and great depth. Movements oriented towards running. CARDIO / MUSCU

-ELITE BOXING: Course focused on "kicks", feet, fists movements. Coordination work. CARDIO / MUSCU

-ELITE STEP: Course focused on coordination with a step, in the form of choreography. Lower body strengthening. CARDIO / MUSCU

-ELITE FINS: Course realized with fins, displacements, vertical work. Strengthening of the lower body. CARDIO / MUSCU

DIFFICULTY LEVEL 3:

-ELITE JUMPING POWER: Course focused on very high cardio work. Jumps, Kicks, running, resistance. CARDIO / MUSCU +++

-ELITE TRAINING: Course focused on fractional work, "tabata" style at very high intensity with very short recovery times. Work on different workshops. Ideal for athletes. CARDIO / MUSCU ++++

-ELITE SURPRISE: RANDOM CHOICE OF A COURSE 😊
