Word Template Design Brief

I would like to create a reusable proposal template to be used for selling business to business products or services. Please see the attached word doc. The template must have expandable/contractable fields allowing the user to populate it with data without disrupting the format.. Please see the attached sample. The red font represents sample data for guiding the user in how to complete the template. This data must be able to be removed when the user ads in their actual data.
