Web Design Brief

Responsive website development for a local association.

Design has already been completed with details below and in the uploaded files. This design must be followed closely.

Create a Web Design (Coded - coding required)
Designer must provide full implementation/coding in WordPress.

Responsive website development for a local physician licensing organization. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador regulates the practice of medicine in the public interest.

Development is required for the following pages based on the provided design:
1. Front Page (Desktop)
2. Front Page (Mobile)
3. Interior Page (Desktop)
4. Interior Page (Mobile)

The site will eventually integrate a physician search and login using a third party app called IMIS. An example of this can be seen in the current CPSNL website (cpsnl .ca).

Site must be responsive up to 1920px wide and down to mobile devices (~360px). Please don’t include site builder plugin or themes (such as muffin builder or visual composer). Please use sidebars and widgets.
