T-shirt Design Brief
Our company started as as Kickstarter and became a wildly successful $200mm Samsung acquisition. Our office is super tight-knit, super progressive in principle, and we are all nerds, geeks, engineers of every flavor. We’d love to have a clever design (can be pretty edgy, w/ memes) with a “smart home” reference which incorporates our logo/branding (linked below in the press kit). A sense of humor is encouraged, with a gorgeous design that suits the layout of a t-shirt.
Take a look at the uploaded files - those are previous designs/ideas that we LOVED and still wear to this day. The "Home Smart Home" design is legendary, and the "<-|OPEN|->" design is loved because it represents our company's passion for being an open platform that loves their community and their contributions to making us who we are.
Take a look at our press kit for logos, design language, etc. – PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER REDESIGNING OUR BRAND OR LOGO. We are asking for creativity that meshes with our existing design.

Requirements
Must have
- Clean & crisp design – look at our website and you can see the minimalist vector design really vibes with us. Must use our design language (colors, fonts, logos)...https://www.smartthings.com/
Nice to have
- Any of the following are great starts:
- Smart home IoT ("internet or things") reference(s)
- phrases "works with smartthings", or "powered by smartthings" (these are both brandings we own but they can apply to anything in really fun ways!)
- concepts/phrases to get your ideas flowing: "routine", "open platform", "reliable", "partner", "home that works for you"
Should not have
- Should not be lewd in nature. Don't spend time redesigning a logo or branding, you can use what's available in the press kit linked in the description. If you can see other designers' work, try not to repeat or duplicate their work (originality is important)
