Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a company logo for "CEMM CO", a Calgary based company. CEMM CO provides innovative, sustainable mobile midstream technology to the natural gas processing industry. "CEMM CO" is a subsidiary of ChemEdge . We would like the logo for CEMM CO to align / coordinate with the ChemEdge logo (attached), but it does not have to be exactly the same. We would like the the logo to look clean and professional. A potential "Nice to Have" would be to somehow incorporate mobility into the logo.
The RGB colour codes that we would like incorporated in our logo are:
