Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for a home staging business (MI Home Staging) with a possible tagline (Designed to Sell), open to designs both with and without the tagline.
Things I like but don't have to have them all in one design:
The profile/silhouette of Michigan (MI) - both upper and lower peninsula, as pictured in uploaded images,
A heart on the part of the state where we are located (Kalamazoo area, see map uploaded),
Images/silhouettes of homes (I really like the simplicity of the uploaded logo "Feels Like Home"),
Scripted text for some words (but not all),
Colorful design images,
Other creative ideas (see examples of other home staging logos supplied)!

The design should be creative, eye catching and classy but I'm ok with something simple. I'm open to color options but they should convey a sophisticated and down to earth style.
