Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for "EarnestEstates.com". We are a professional real estate investment firm based in Tacoma, Washington. Allowing homeowners an alternative solution to selling their home with a clear, concise, transparent process. I request a pictorial or combination mark/logo that's simple, original, and clear on what it communicates. I would like a square layout, but also a horizontal layout if doing word combination. I would like to see colors that best fit this niche. I want one main color for logo/branding, I want to be able to change it if necessary. I am currently using red, orange, light blue for the brand, links, call to action colors in order. I would be more than open to changing those colors if they flow well and compliment each other well. The photo provided is 'Wholesaling inc" a company I admire in the industry that I'm in. I would like the final design to communicate a helping hand in real estate and to communicate a friendly, welcoming, and earnest service.
