Flyer Design Brief

Hello ,

Introduction:
We are a company based in Luxembourg called "Bati Solutions". We are specialized in buying properties on which we develop and build constructions before selling them.

Informations for the flyer:
We need a flyer to trow into the letter boxes of property owners letting them know that we are interested in buying their property, if they are interested they can give us a call.

The text for the flyer/letter is in the attachment called >>2020-03-11_BS_Text for flyer,letter there might be slight changes<<.

We need to look competent, professional and financially stable.

The flyer needs to be short and not over welling with information otherwise it will land in the trash.

We have decided that we don't want real pictures on the flyer, but shapes of any kind, blue prints, drawings are fine.

Format should be in DIN A4. We plan to print the flyer on both sides in two different languages, in other words the design will be the same on both sides only the text will be in a different language.

I also added our current logo and here is the design of the website that is under construction at the moment http://www.batisolutions.lu/. The logo's color can be changed into a different blue or uni color (all white or all black).
