Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for my commercial real estate brokerage business. We help tenants, landlords, and real estate investors achieve their real estate goals. Cater to small and medium size businesses from dentists, doctors, coffee shops, tech companies, restaurants, and anything in between that is looking to lease office, retail, or commercial space. We also work with landlords that own office buildings, retail and shopping center buildings, as well as small apartments and industrial buildings.

Note, the attachment is the logo from my residential real estate and property management business. I will be updating this logo, which I inherited from the previous owner. I only include it because I like the color, but I am not married to the colors, font, or anything else about the logo. I would rather you run with it and have fun and be creative.
