Logo Design Brief

Hi there,
I need a logo design which I can use for my 2 separate activities:
1) Planting and garden design ( 2) Supervising leadership courses for executives.
My main focus and what makes me happy is planting/garden design. I see plants as a design material and like to use their form, colour and texture to create a dynamic, long-lasting garden which attracts bees and butterflies, to be enjoyed throughout every season. (good for the hart).

I am also a supervisor/location manager for several different leadership courses sometimes in combination with walking a pilgrimage. These courses are throughout the year with inspiring lectures which stimulates the participants to self-reflection and replacing quick judgements. For me this assignment is meeting interesting people and getting inspired ( good for the soul).
Keywords which define my work: listening, customer focus, energetic and result-driven. In both activities I am a sort of conductor: create an environment that brings out the best in people (and plants so they can be enjoyed).
