Logo Design Brief

We need a unique logo for our new business "SimpliVetted". The logo should emit trust and confidence. Our company provides a membership platform with an integrated vetting service for the construction industry. All of our members must meet our preset insurance limits, and undergo a background check in order to be compliant with our rules, and provide the members with the peace of mind that they all have met the same criteria.
We are open to different color schemes. Yellow and orange construction colors are not a requirement, but would be acceptable. Blue tones for trust are acceptable, but also not required.
We would prefer the logo not share an identity with other similar named web sites currently on the market. Attached is a word.doc of existing web sites using the prefix "Simpli-".
We require the logo to be available in horizontal, square, and favicon.
