Flyer Design Brief

We are a short-term vacation rental company in Steamboat Springs, Colorado called "Cute Snow Villas". We are looking to find new clients in the area by handing out flyers to the local Realtors to recommend using us to their clients.

We would like to touch on our low management fee of 18% and are local hands on approach.
