Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Indianapolis. MTG Investments owns and operates commercial real estate assets, specifically medical office buildings. We are focused on providing exceptionally maintained properties in superior locations so our tenants can deliver the best experience for their patients and visitors. We pride ourselves in exemplary asset management, and strive to bring a Christ-like approach to every interaction. I would like to see a design that uses a lower case t in MTG that looks like a cross (subtle but clear). I am open to using color in the design or graphics (any variation of blue or yellow) but would like to keep the logo simple. The design should be sophisticated.
