Flyer Design Brief

We need an expert to design a tri-fold brochure to showcase our new custom home model.<br/>The concept is as follow:<br/>We are introducing a fixed prize affordable custom home. We are trying to target landowners or homeowners who would like to build a custom home. We have a fixed design for exterior, interior. 3 level layout. Basement, main level, first floor.<br/>We have hand-drew the desired layout as you can see in the document attached names "hand-drawing". We would like the design to follow that idea.<br/>The required photos and info are attached.
