Invitation Design Brief

Create an invitation template to be used for a fifth grade moving up end of year event. The theme for the event is sports and we will be using a graphic like the attached.

Details subject to change but current details to be included on event are as follows:
Event Date June 12, 2020 6 PM - 9:15 PM
Fifth Graders arrive 6PM
Parents arrive 8:30 PM for family photos and video presentation

You are invited to River Plaza Stadium for the Viking Games!

Uploaded file includes a sample from a prior year's event (Boardwalk file). and the graphic logo to be included on the event this year.

Target Market(s)

11 year old boys and girls and their parents. The event is to celebrate the children's last year at their elementary school as they move up to middle school. (Grade 6).

Requirements

Must have

• include 1 or 2 of the graphics attached - at least 1 must be a stadium graphic.
• Invitation will be printed on approximately 8x4 or 9x4 card stock for ticket like invites. so the file needs to be created in a way that will allow adjusting for printing/bleedlines and cut lines.

Nice to have

• Some ideas I would like to see are to make it look like a ticket for a sporting event .
