Logo Design Brief

I'm the new owner of Eternity Memorials and want to change the logo as i don't like the original one . We need a new logo designed for our website, packaging and all other aspects of advertising.

- most of our products are spheres or round in shape to represent eternal life
- im open to the logo being within the text or something that sits along side.
- I would like the logo graphically to look good in black and white.
- I would like the logo to look good in face book and Instagram, the logo windows for these platforms are both circles as well.
