I need a logo to encapsulate the idea of transforming staff training and development, using a new technical platform that allows employees to improve their performance. It is about real Performance Management in real time, all of the time for employees; and for employers to be able to track and improve worker performance. It is about blending the best of human and technology infrastructure to create improvement frameworks and action plans for individuals and organisations.

Target Market(s)

Corporate training, HR and personnel departments. All organisations that require high levels of employee performance, particularly in customer facing roles.

Must have

• Simple and eye catching logo that is easily recognisable. The logo must be suitable for all media, from business cards to billboards.

Nice to have

• Attached is the logo for the current company, which is focussed on education markets only. This logo should be different to this but the simplicity and eye-catching should be noted. further versions of this can be seen at www.imagine.education

Should not have

• Anything that looks like or has the feel of clipart! Complex or intricate designs that are difficult to recognise quickly
