Logo Design Brief

Hi,

I need an awesome logo for my new start up company.

The company is an engineering / electrical / motors / engine / tech / electronics etc... (Technology & Design) + (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering)

So as you can see, I need a corporate type logo...

Simple, elegant, creative aka (not too boring)

with the logo begin able to have sub-text like the following...

Zeom ZEOM
Engineering or MOTORS

Sub-text matters greatly, colours not so much, capital letters don't matter ... like zEoM or zEOM or ZeoM etc if you can make it look good I'll consider it,

Special Note: I plan to grow the business to the point that I can make motor vehicles so a logo / brand that can work with black & white - and - chrome car make logo like KIA or MAZDA

Requirements

Must have

• The ability to have sub-text like.... Zeom(Logo) Engineering(Sub-text) etc...
  An that I have the ability to change the sub-text
  A icon logo separate from text. Must have Zeom as the main logo wordmark text.
  Must have a wordmark logo & abstract logo combined.

Nice to have

• If you can have a simple phoenix bird in the icon that would be great...

Should not have

• A icon logo with the letter Z in it... I need an abstract or conceptual art logo...
