Logo Design Brief

Logo design to differentiate myself among local Omaha, NE real estate agents - must use my name and the word Realtor® . It should be incorporated with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | The Good Life Group logo - see guidelines in attached - and some examples of agents using the BHGRE logo.) do not use any element of the BHGRE logo in the design for my logo. See examples of how this will be used with the new logo.

If using initials, R should not be part of it. “Realtor” ishoyld be used more subtly as secondary text

Looking for a design that is modern in look/feel and is appealing in both color and black and white - both on white background and dark color backgrounds. It needs to exude professionalism and strength - avoid any trite graphics like houses and keys, which are overused. That is, unless it's a very creative application. Open to the specific color for logo, but needs to be complementary to the BHGRE logo. Need options for both horizontal and vertical layouts.

• Trite imagery such as houses and keys, unless a very creative application.
• Avoid yellow, navy or coral pink colors unless accents.
• DO NOT USE ANY PORTION OF THE BETTER HOMES AND GARDNES LOGO THAT WAs PROVIDED. This logo is to be used in conjunction with the Luigi you are designing, using the guidelines in the attached instructions.
