A home builder in Dallas, TX needs a logo design for a unique project called, The Northaven Project.

The "project" is a $5 million dollar show home in one of the most prestigious areas of Dallas on a rare in-town waterfront lot. The exhibitor home will be open to the construction industry for educational purposes during each phase of construction, using the newest and most innovative products on the market. The home will also serve as a unique space for the industries top interior designers to showcase their work.

This will be the first of it's kind in the market and was inspired by The New American Home project in Las Vegas. https://www.tnah.com/

The project is in memory of the owner's son, Ryan, who lost his battle to Leukemia 2 years ago. The color of orange that represents Leukemia is a must have in the logo. I believe the color is (RGB 222-112-8) but feel free to correct me on that.

I'm including a few slides from a presentation we've been using to solicit sponsors and now that we have enough momentum we are ready to produce a logo. The colors (gray scales and orange) are close to where we'd like to be but the font seen here is no indication of our preference. In fact, it doesn't feel clean or sleek to me.
Updates
Many of the designs are very similar and we would like to see fresh ideas. We like the use of TNP along with The Northaven Project since the latter is fairly long and wordy for a logo.
