Illustration Design Brief

I am looking for someone to bring to life a kitsune from a book.

A kitsune is a fox spirit.
This particular fox spirit has shoulder length white hair in a layered style.
White fuzzy ears that sit on top of the head.
Has a red stripe across each cheekbone.
He has the eyes of a real fox.
He is an assassin who is physically fit/athletic but but not muscular.
He is very beautiful, and playful too.
He is from Japan.
He sometimes wears an assassin's cape with a hood on it-but not always-because he is, indeed, an assassin.
He has seven white fluffy tails.
He carries two knives which he calls Murder and Mirth (but these are not necessary to be drawn in this illustration - as I'm more concerned about the character himself).
Photos attached are of other Kitsune's done in the same style I would like. I like almost realistic in the style of Sakimi Chan.

Requirements

Must have

• All of the descriptors listed above.
• If possible, could the face resemble the black and white sketch of the male I've attached with his arm over his head? His face is who I picture Hiroto to look like.
• The other pics attached are of Kitsune's others have drawn in a style that I love and hope to achieve with Hiroto.
• I've also included pictures of a white fox and fox eyes for reference. Since, Hiroto has a fox's eyes and is indeed a white fox Kitsune.
• Final rendering must be in color.
