Web Design Brief

Elegant and simple one page website with a text box that allows me to enter IP Addresses or a list of IP Address (comma separated). Also a drop down menu in the middle allowing me to select from a list of pre-populated text (this will ultimately be a list of Ansible playbooks). Also need checkboxes that will act as variables to the backend execution string once the submit button is pressed. Background images should reflect IT, Computers, Servers, etc...
