Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a new service being offered by a law firm in San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area. We are offering out-of-court low-cost quck and effective mediation of disputes that arise between neighbors, or between an owner and the managing Association in the context of condominium and planned development living. The domain name and business name is "Association Dispute Resolution," which uses the same letters ADR that is universally known to refer to "Alternative Dispute Resolution." The letters ADR should feature prominently. Maybe 2 or 3 colors. This logo will go on our new web page, on letterhead, on brochures. Web pages in this industry commonly feature a graphic of townhouse style residences (nice quality, not cheapo condos) and maybe some happy homeowners - but that graphic doesn't need to be part of the logo. I did some drawings with the letters ADR overlaid on three attached row houses and "Association Dispute Resolultion" spelled out below. Hopefully somebody with more imagination can do better than that. "Mediation" is basically a process to show people how to get past the anger and hurt feelings and find a way to resolve a dispute without suing each other. Not sure how a logo can reflect that fact but that's the context.
Target Market(s)
The market is mainly the management companies that are hired by many HOAs to oversee the operation, collect assessments, handle dispute resolution. Self-managed associations are also the market, and to a lesser degree the law firms that represent Associations where the dispute has arisen but can't themselves offer the ADR due to the lack of being "neutral" as the law requires.

Requirements
Nice to have
- These types of logos often have pictures of row houses or something to show this is a logo about "homes" and the pleasure of living peacefully in a nice community
Should not have
- Not fuddy-duddy controlling authoritarian "we are going to tell you how it is!" kind of vibe. We are about COOPERATION and the value of putting disputes to rest with minimal financial and emotional cost, sooner the better
