Word Template Design Brief

I need a template, not just a design, for a word document in A4 size with a cover, middle pages and last page to give a nice as course material for a leadership training. I need it as a document to directly work in myself, to put in the text etc, ready to use , not just the design. I have attached 3 files. One that is an inspiration for how I like to have it (except the photos), one that is my style guide that shows the different elements to play with. I like it to be bright and stylish at the same time. I've added another document that shows some bright colors. My web page is www.wisewoman.se
