Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a small, handcraft (high end) rum distillery. The logo shall be used on bottle labels. Additionally of course in web, business cards, etc.
Our initial product is handcraft rum. Pure taste derived from 100% highest quality natural ingredients and traditional production methods ensure a smooth and rich taste. All of the production is small patches and the targeted clientele is best described as "a refined lady or gentleman" who knows what they want.
