Is this a logo design & a business card design in one?

The blue and red flame ( tear drop) with the h2o under it is our logo. I have seen some cards where they use a silhouette in the background of the logo. I am ok if someone wants to manipulate the logo slightly for the style of card they are designing. Hopefully that answers your question, I don't know much about design so please let me know if I am missing what your asking
