I need a simple overview of the large muscle groups in the body to display witch muscles that are being used on some training machines. The illustration is aimed at normal and elderly people so it doesnt need to be very technical but it must bee easy to see which muscle groups that are being activated.

- Normal muscle build
- Easy to understand
- Must show all the large muscle groups*Neck*Shoulders*Breast*Biceps*Triceps*Abs*Glutes*Obliques*Quads*Hamstrings*Calves
