Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a design to highlight the Amish piece of the hemp crop. I would like to include either the Amish man (with hat and beard) or a use of the famous Amish horse and buggy. Also, want to play off the "natural" way that Amish grow crops, which helps signify the purity of our product. I should add that this design will be used on our bottles as well, bottle sizes vary, but some are small, like eye dropper size.
