Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new restaurant. The restaurant is located in the historical center of Moscow and specializes in the preparation of sweet dishes. Luxury segment. But a very cozy home cafe. We would like to see our logo simple and laconic. Preferred colors: white, black, gray. The main should be "11/1" and possibly at the bottom "Pankake house". Perhaps the logo may look like an address sign on a house or something similar, but not necessarily if you have any other ideas. Thank you
