we need a logo for an education conference for WASTAA (see logo)

In the busy world that is the reality for teaching administrators, we need to be on top of a range of responsibilities and roles. Our role is a very complex one. It is a role that will determine the effectiveness and success of our school. We must be proactive, show initiative and provide highly effective leadership of our learning or pastoral care teams. We must deliver the quality of learning outcomes that our school demands as well as being able to contribute to the formation of the school vision. As members of the Department of Education, we have carriage of ensuring that the Department’s priorities and policies are met.
However, sometimes we miss the “gaps”; things we could have or should have accounted for. In our complex and challenging roles, this problem is a reality that raises stress and anxiety. Conference 2020 aims to help you identify some of the gaps and thereby improve your efficacy in your leadership role. You will be given the opportunity to reflect on your role, to listen to recognized experts in our School system and, with this knowledge, to consider how you are best able to improve your skills set.
