Hi There, (Detailed Logo Structure & Restaurant Info Documents Included)

We are looking for a logo for our new Singapore themed restaurant located here in New Zealand.

Seletar will curate and serve delicious, authentic Singapore cuisine using local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Our menu will invite our patrons to go on a food journey to experience the rich diverse culture that makes us Singaporean. Seletar will showcase the best of Singapore hawker foods in a modern style. It is a niche in the region and most of NZ. Singaporean cuisine is diverse and contains elements derived from several ethnic groups, as a result of its history as a seaport with a large immigrant population. It is primarily made up of 3 main ethnicities, the Chinese, Malays and Indians. In Singapore, food is viewed as crucial to national identity and a unifying cultural thread. The multi-cultural population is what makes Singapore cuisine unique.

Target Market(s)

New Plymouth, New Zealand (Kiwis) - It will appeal to all demographics from, families to business people as well as visitors to the region. We have many regional festivals that come through Taranaki and we hope to be able to part of the hospitality community to provide a service to cater for all kinds of visitors. The profile of people living and working in Taranaki has been evolving and modernising over the years as well, with the local council’s long term plans and new businesses coming into the region, it has become very international.

• I have attached two detailed documents with logo examples and font preferences. Hopefully, this information gives you an understanding of the general structure and feel of the logo we want.
• Needs to stand out as the logos will be going on signs (images included in documents)
• Emblem - Wordmark Logo preference

Should not have

• National Symbols as it needs to appeal to New Zealanders
