Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a company based out of Los Angeles called Heritage Glass and Hardware (HGH). We make commercial buildings look nice. Our old logo is the letters HGH shown vertically to look like a ladder. We would like something that is visually appealing, we're thinking we like the color green (maybe a mint green). We would like a nice recognizable logo for shirts, email signature, website, business cards etc.
