I'm starting a small business consulting on remote design, build and testing of Cerner Millennium PowerNotes. This software provides structured documentation for physicians, physician scribes, advanced practice nurses, and other medical providers.

I need a logo that gives the idea of scribble into readable text, in a modern and subtle way. with no words. then the same logo with the name of the company. It should insinuate PowerNotes, a brand of it's own, without using that actual term.
