Logo Design Brief

We need an event logo for our Officially Licensed Overwatch Esports Tournament, it's called "Overwatch Beltway Battles". It has specific design parameters that must be followed in order to have the logo approved for broadcast. The attached brief includes look/feel, color palette, arrangement and size of logo, boundaries and restrictions on modification of the Overwatch logo. I've also attached the logo itself for usage. The logo should not be altered in any way. The attached brief also has some examples of approved logos. I've attached others as well.
