Logo Design Brief

We are a non-profit medical education organization. We organize continuing medical education (CME) conferences. Visit our website to see our current logo and look of the website. We will soon be launching a new part of the business in which we will make recorded lectures from our conference available to physicians. We will call this new web area CME365, basically because we are making the conferences and education available online 365 day a year -24/7. We are looking for a logo that is not too far form the feel of our current color scheme but that has a nice "wow" effect when people see it on the website. It will be featured on its own webpages but also as a call out on the home page for our main website, www.CMEmeeting.org.

We do feel it should be slightly conservation looking but no too conservation. We are not afraid to go outside of our comfort zone. I know this might not make sense but we want a strong look without going too crazy.
