Graphic Design Brief

We need a logo of an mean looking bee/wasp (generic) for a darts shirt company - It should be similar to this bee, but much neater and coloured so it shows up on black background ( I like the big black eye so this should remain the same) hands and darts can be moved so face is more visable. I can send Vector of nice dart to be used.
