I am a garment creator/designer and it is not a simple job and requires a lot of knowledge.

Your idea is great. I suggest you try to work closely with a designer and then a producer. The budget you have set for this project barely covers a vector sketch of one original garment... You need approved designs, then tech packs, size grading for the garments , graphics files ... it's not just a drawing.... with all of those you work with a producer. This is an efficient way. Hope you are not getting me wrong. Just trying to help. If you double the project budget, I can maybe show you an example of a blouse (I develop garments in 3D software, show it and provide cut patterns if approved )

You probably do not know, but low ratings (one and two stars) cause the designer's personal rating to crash. And he has no motivation to offer new designs. Better eliminate without putting stars. Please do not use stars to sort.

Interesting but what you need here is not a " Graphic Design " you need a Pattern Maker for size grading especially for womens fit . Basically what you want is just an inspiration of style ? Like the brands of zara,H&M ,marks & spencer cascading into medicine style . Does it make sense how elaborate the task that you want?
