Develop a logo that freshens up the brand system for an Apartment Building located in Panama City, Panama. Panama City is a vibrant city and this building is located in one of the most desirable locations in the city. The building is older but it has a mix of modernity (security systems, entry control systems, elevator), with 1970's architectural elements. These aspects make the place bohemian in nature. We want to enhance the fact that living in this building is equivalent to living in the middle of everything. The building is close to the Metro station, the bay of Panama, best parks in Panama City, hospitals, and universities. The name of the building Winky

• The building has traditionally used red, black and white as its colors. It would be good to maintain these colors. It is ok to add other colors or suggest new shades.

Nice to have

• We are trying to send a message that these apartments are close to everything and in the city. Accessibility, convenience, and security are part of our selling points. However, we want there to be a strong emotional connection.
• The building also has commercial rental spaces for businesses.
