Cup and Mug Design Brief

We are coming from the island country of Malta, which is a tourist destination in the Mediterranean. Recently, we have registered a trademark "Think Malta" and we are opening outlets selling T-shirts and souvenirs (e.g., mugs, magnets, printed wooden articles,
postcards, caps, etc.). We wish to create a modern concept with Maltese landmarks/points-of-interest in a different way. We do the printing ourselves as we have large flatbed UV printers to print on glass, DiBond, canvas, wood, metal, etc.

From these websites, you can have an idea of the modern concepts that are being introduced beside the normal souvenirs which are photos printed on different items. We wish to create a concept with a difference. For example, one very good idea you can see it in the second website www.souvenirsthatdontsuck.mt. They have Maltese words which are very popular that even the tourists learn, but we need to give them a different twist.

If you visit our website www.decomanufacturing.net and you go to the section LIBRARY and enter into Assaf Photography, you will find loads of Maltese photos. All these photos are our property and we can use them for our project. Of course you have to convert them into a new concept which is in line with the others but with a difference.
