Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for an auto website that I'm planning to start called www.turnofspeed.in, here, in India, which will carry News, Reviews and Videos. 'Turn of Speed' is a British phrase that means "the ability to increase speed very fast." I have been hugely impressed with something I saw online, which I played around with a little. Now, I, have the word 'TURN', in that logo design, which looks rather innovative and overall, that word 'TURN' looks like the alphabet 'R' which is also the first alphabet of my name. While I do have that 'R', I wish that R could look more like a Racing track and I wish the 'R' depicted speed around it in a forward slanting way, showing forward motion. I also like the current bolt on the word 'Turn of Speed.' Can that also be further improvised please? I also like the way in which the words 'THE TRACK' have been written. Could we possibly do something along those lines at all for 'TURN OF SPEED'? If possible could you also use black and white chequered racing flags, used in races somewhere in the logo please? Please feel free to give me any new ideas too! This is what my limited knowledge of Design and time has allowed me to do. More later.
