Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo to be created, clean, modern, mostly text, two lines. Example "PEST CONTROL" with "APPROVED" below it, also maybe have the V in APPROVED be a check mark. See the attached image for an example of the type of logo I'm looking for. Would like a matte black color scheme, but possibly have the word PEST or APPROVED in a different color. I like the color code #F94B30 or #F06441 -or- also a pastel green. This is for a Pest Control online directory, so want it to look professional and clean. I would like the black to be color #3F3F3F

To clarify, I want the V to be a check mark, not be on top of the lettering as shown in the picture, the image is for reference on type of text / layout.

I have also attached another image with another type of font, and to show how clean it is.

All in all, Im open to most designs, the above is just what I had in mind, but will open it up to whatever you guys can come up with!
