Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a company based in Australia who conducts investigations for major insurance companies. We are looking for a logo that has a corporate look that does not look corny. No magnifying glasses, spys etc. We would like the colours white and blue used in the design. The final design should communicate professionalism and trust. A 3D look to the logo would be best. The use of the letters B I would be ideal.
