Packaging Design Brief

We are in need of a box design for our 500 MG Hemp Balm Remedy. I do not necessarily want to change the label as it flows with our other products very nicely but it might be inevitable. We have received feedback from retailers that our 500 MG Hemp Balm Remedy is formulated for pain relief (muscle, joints, skin conditions) but it looks more like a cosmetic. They like the fact that the scent is evident as it deters customers from trying to open the package. However, they are looking for packaging to be consumer facing as a pain relief vs a cosmetic feel. They have instructed us to keep the package clean and not busy and referenced the product ICY HOT when describing a customer facing product that is being marketed as a pain relief product but also keep clean and white. This is where I must turn to a crowd of talent such as yourself to interpret a 21 year seasoned buyer's feedback and WOW her with a fantastic design while showing that we listened to her instruction. We are a CBD company that is growing. We offer a line of topicals as well as consumables. The product is in a 2 oz metal tin. It is 2.75" in diameter and 1" in height so the box will need to be at least 3" wide by 1 1/2" in height.
