Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for Peak Development, a real estate development firm building homes and apartments in the exciting oil boom towns of North Dakota. There is a dramatic housing shortage here, and we provide solid, well built homes with convenient layouts and many luxury upgrades. Our homes are secure and comfortable for the hard working members of the oil industry and their families, many of whom are new to this part of the country. We would like to see designs influenced by the North Dakota landscape - rolling prairie, big blue sky, mountains in the distance. The image should convey an idea of home, security and comfort.
