Logo Design Brief

I am launching a new miniature e-nail with LED temperature display for live and set temperature. The kit will come with everything you need to enjoy quality dabs.
The e-nail will be primarily black with some chrome accents. It would be nice if the logo had some small features like oil driping, smoke, enail coil, enail cord or cannabis related art. I would prefer to stay away from the normal cannabis leaf. Any features that do not define the logo but can be appreciated when looked at further would be great.

I think a black and sliver logo would look good but am open to any color schemes. I am building an entire brand around this enail and logo so I need something I can trademark. It needs to be professional and clear to read.
