Logo Design Brief
Our two-year old company, New Leaf Properties, is looking for a newly designed logo to use on all of our print and online materials, as well as our trucks. As a real estate investment company, our current focus is to buy, renovate, and re-sell homes. Our company tagline is 'Stunning Home Transformations with Integrity and Heart.' Our mission is 'to collaborate authentically toward inspiring goals that honor integrity, beauty, and optimism.' We seek a logo that communicates our tagline and mission in a graceful, simple, and heartfelt way. We wish to communicate through our logo that we are a different kind of house flipping company, one that cares about beauty, integrity, love, and professionalism. We would like three parts: 1) A stand-alone logo image, 2) The logo along with the company name 'New Leaf Properties', and 3) The logo, company name, and Tagline 'Stunning Home Transformations with Integrity and Heart'

- Simple and Beautiful. Please communicate a luxury feel in the logo, while still having simplicity and caring.
Nice to have
- Perhaps some symbol of transformation would be nice. An abstract butterfly on a leaf, perhaps. It's just an idea. :) Please don't limit your designs to a butterfly. We are open to all color options. Green may be nice, but is definitely not required. A retro design may be worth a try, too.
