Logo Design Brief

The Red Baron is an upmarket coffee, cafe, bar and lounge catering to a corporate business clientele. The logo must be easily read. I had a preference for a running writing style format that also works as a neon wall sign - so no comp figures/pictures of planes etc although simple wings would be considered. Major colour red but the 'on' on the end of Red Baron could bleed/fade out so Red Bar becomes more prominent wording. Not fixed on this idea however and would consider other ideas.
