I have lived in this smaller border town where lots of people spend part of the year here and their are lots of houses for sale that sit on the market because they are uninviting looking. I lived in the city and had a special gift to see how to make a house look like it was loved. I have been rearranging, redesigning, staging to sell, buying and remodeling places for 36 years so when I moved to this town I decided I want to give back........I’m 77 and rescuing un-adoptable dogs and making “happy houses” as I refer to them is my passion. I want to help people realize that they can. have their home be the way they always dreamed it could be but were not able to do it themselves........and to stage houses so that they would sell. We all have different gifts and talents. I can’t cook at all! But I have an eye that can see what to do to make a house a home.

That’s what I want to do. Not to SELL people but to make them know I can help them and that I am reasonable in price (like very little $$$ but don’t want to say it that way. I have worked very hard on the verbege and would like the words to be used just as I have used them. I want my house picture and the picture of me in the turquoise dress included.

I’d like my picture small, the picture of the house worked into card. I think the white print is hard to read and also needs to be broken up. love turquoise. DO NOT want to emphasize Oregon real estate. emphasis on what I can do not on a big picture of me
