Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to use for my website and all correspondence. The business is called The Next Shift. The website will be thenextshift.ca . I work with organizations to increase their management capacity, leadership capacity and, strategic capacity. I work with leadership and enable them to solve their issues. I work with clients that embrace endurance, sustainability and getting uncomfortable in order to grow and change. Shift refers to transformation, evolution, and change. The Next Shift in mindset, strategy, value, growth, planning, teamwork, culture, efficiency, process, productivity etc. The name also refers to shifting gears on a bike or the next shift of a hockey game or other sport. The organizations I work with want to move forward, they seek improvement. The logo should have the words "The Next Shift" in it. The logo should convey forward movement, continuous improvement, confidence, strength.
