The company focuses on finding suitable plots, in designing and construction of Community Services Property. After completion, Communes and Municipalities and Private operators rent the property from Solhemmet. The company is a subsidiary of SBB Samhallsllsbyggnadsbolaget Norden AB (www.sbbnorden.se), a publicly listed Real Estate Company in Sweden specialized in Community Services Properties. Solhemmet focuses primarily on elderly care homes, schools, kindergarten and other Community Services Properties. The Company has a climate- and an enviromental edge and energy efficiency is paramount to us, as well as architectorial design and attractiveness.
